- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆When mine host called to ascertain our arrival, I sensed something special about Mates Gully, a delightful arts and craft style building overlooking Pioneer Memorial Park, Wagga Wagga. Our room is comfortable, and the general ambience, inviting. I'm reaching for four stars, with five close behind. But please mind the stairs as there is no elevator.By henry johnston, May 06, 2017
